As a passionate advocate for sports development, I strive to lead by example. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to initiate and support a range of sports-related projects that aim to strengthen the broader ecosystem - from empowering local clubs, to equipping sports officials with the tools they need to thrive.
My focus has always been on sustainable impact - building capacity rather than creating dependency. I believe in the philosophy of "teaching a person to fish," and I dedicate my efforts to supporting the unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind the scenes, year-round, for the love of the game and their communities.
These projects are grassroots in the truest sense. They are self-funded, hands-on, and intentionally free from bureaucracy or media attention. I prefer it that way - quietly contributing where it matters most.
In addition, I mentor several dozen sports business professionals and aspiring leaders, helping shape the next generation of changemakers in the industry.
